Identity Proof
As per the guidelines of the State /Center Government each occupant has to produce a valid government approved identity proof. Without any valid Identity proof Hotel has the right to refuse the entry into the Hotel premise.
Child Policy
02 Children below 06 years can stay without any charges in the parent's room without bed. 01 Child above 06 years.
Can stay in the parent's room with extra mattress bedding on additional charges. for more than 01 children above 06
years have to take separate room.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
10% retention shall be charged for the cancellation received 10 days earlier of the arrival Date.
30% retention shall be charged for the cancellation received 5 days earlier of the arrival Date.
100% retention shall be charged for the cancellation received 3 days earlier of the arrival Date.
